Extremely modern, clean, quiet, and super friendly and helpful landlord in Jack! Jack has been nothing but helpful and professional, my employer questioned him on many fronts and he remained calm and respectful. “I've been working from the co-work hotdesks at PowerHouse for 6 months and really enjoy the space and people in it. I've worked in a few other co-working spots in Christchurch but this has been my favourite to date. The open cowork space has desks with monitors and plenty of power points/adapters for screens etc, multiple quiet booth/hubs for private work/calls and easy to book meetings rooms. The facilities are nice and modern with good coffee, plenty of space inside and outside for breaks and a nice friendly community of people working from the open cowork and the private offices upstairs. Jack who runs PH is friendly and approachable plus has some great flexible options to suit anyone looking for an office or place to work.”

Out of all the coworking spaces I've experienced - this has to be one thats warm, friendly, and full of camaraderie - with a bunch of strangers, who fast become work colleagues I enjoy connecting with. The space is great and comfortable, Jack is a great host and will lean over backwards to help you - if you accept his challenge of a silent game of ping pong (it is a real thing).
