These terms cover your use of power-house.co.nz. They are not your membership agreement – if you are a member, the agreement you signed sets out the terms of your membership, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.

Information on this site

We keep this website as accurate as we can, but availability, prices and inclusions change. Nothing here is an offer or a contract. Prices shown exclude GST unless stated otherwise, and we will confirm the current rate and what is included before you sign up.

Bookings and memberships

Memberships, tours, day passes and meeting room bookings are handled through our member portal, which is run for us by Nexudus. Signing up or booking there is subject to the terms shown at the time, and to your membership agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else using it.
• Do not attempt to gain access to areas of the site or our systems that are not meant to be public.
• Do not copy or republish our content, images or branding without our permission.

Our content

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Powerhouse Coworking, except where we have credited someone else. You are welcome to link to us.

Links to other sites

Some links take you to services we do not run, such as our member portal or Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it, or from relying on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those apply.
